Moreover, we are and have always been very happy to collaborate with technical high schools, universities and post-graduate high-level technical academies such as ITS Umbria Academy, organizing internships (both curricular and extracurricular) and traineeships at our headquarters.

At NCM we choose new staff members by following a well-defined process, divided into the following phases:
- Preliminary analysis of the position to be filled and what it requires;
- Screening of the applications we received;
- Identification of the candidates to be examined;
- Interview with the HR Department and with the Function Manager;
- Choice of the most suitable candidate;
- Feedback to other candidates who took part in the selection process;
- Hiring.
