NCM SpA was founded in 1988, to fulfill the entrepreneurial dream of Renato Cesca, founder of the company. Over the years, our propensity to accept the ever-changing challenges of the market, our passion for technology, and our determination to increase our knowledge and technical skills have allowed us to mature, while excellence of our work has set us apart from the crowd.

This is done through state-of-the-art technological equipment, highly-specialized technical skills, a particularly efficient production and organizational structure, and a network of long-standing supply chain relationships based on quality and reliability.

Our Values
Since its foundation, NCM has always felt the need to observe and share with its employees and business partners ethical principles such as respect for the law, protection of workers and the environment, and great attention to the quality of products and services to ensure Customer satisfaction. This need arises from the awareness that a wrong economic behaviour compromises the bond of trust between a company and the market; on the other hand, NCM’s good reputation promotes customer loyalty, makes the company attractive to the right kind of employees, and ensures greater credibility to creditors. Our Code of Ethics is thus a manifesto of this need and philosophy, formalizing the general principles and the rules of conduct that will inspire all who, permanently or temporarily, act in the interest or on behalf of NCM, including shareholders, company directors, employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, and business partners in general who will have to comply with.

ABOUT US
We are a private Italian company, medium-large in size and based in Umbria, a land of great natural beauty, wonderful food and wine, and astounding natural and artistic heritage, known as the “green heart” of Italy.
However, while we are deeply connected to our land of which we share principles and values, we operate internationally in the energy and aeronautical sectors, producing components and assemblies realized with special processes and complete with functional tests.
Indeed, we are a solid and constantly expanding company, with a strong network of collaborative relationships we can count on.

Partners

In 2006, NCM founded HTC SpA, the first centre of excellence in Italy for unconventional manufacturing processes. HTC is NCM’s strategic partner, created to respond to the growing demand for verticalized products with a high technological content.
Membership

NCM is a member of the Umbria Aerospace Cluster, an association that represents and promotes, both within and outside Umbria, the companies located in the region that operate in the aeronautics, space, and defence sectors. The Association aims to create ties between the various companies in order to create and strengthen synergies, share market skills and opportunities, support internationalization, and promote innovation in order to make the Cluster a point of reference for both the national and the international market.
