Becoming a NCM Supplier
To become a supplier of NCM, please send your written application to the Procurement Office, which will then examine it.
The Companies the Office will find interesting will be subsequently contacted and possibly initiated towards the qualification process that will end with the inclusion in the Supplier Register. The qualification process differs according to the product or service offered and the required supporting documentation will be described on a case-by-case basis by our Procurement/ Supply Chain/Quality Offices.
Contract Requirements
The products and services purchased greatly influence the final result of our work. Therefore, our Suppliers are required to comply with the applicable General Conditions of Purchase according to the type of service offered, as indicated in the purchase order.
Moreover, our Suppliers are subject to periodic quality controls and constant monitoring of their performance. The results of such testing and inspections, easily accessible at any time, are a step towards continuous improvement, in order to develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship between NCM and its Partners.
Logistics
Goods can be loaded and/or unloaded at NCM headquarters during the following times:
Morning: 08:00 a.m. / 12:30 ap.m.
Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m.
The entrance to the loading and unloading area is located in Via Liborio Coccetti, 06034 Foligno (PG) – Italy.
Supplier Access
PROCEDURE AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO ACCESS NCM
To access NCM you need an appointment an internal interlocutor, who in turn will have to pre-register the visit.
In case of work activities inside NCM that require the entrance of external staff, the Supplier must produce, in advance of the planned date for the intervention, all requested documents, following a specific procedure.
Moreover, please note that certain areas are subject to ITAR regulations, and therefore can be accessed only with specific authorization.
